changing a route ..

hello , could someone tell me if your still able to click and drag the travel line to change a particular route from point a to point b ? I use to able to do so when I first started using this site but now it seems its no longer an option . I use to be able to do the same with the point a and point b markers themselves .. thanks in advance ! eric
