Countries close to Miami

Hi, I just figured out that Senegal in West Africa is closer to Miami than the UK. Now I wonder if there is a list, or a tool to create a list of countries closest to a city. For Miami soneting like that:
1. Bahamas
2. Cuba
etc...

can anybody helop me?
